Arriving by I-95 South from Richmond, Washington, DC, etc.

 Follow I-95 South to Petersburg. Take the exit (Temple Avenue). Turn left onto Temple Avenue and continue to the second traffic light (Boulevard). Turn left onto Boulevard and continue to the fourth traffic light (Dupuy Road). Turn right onto Dupuy Road, which changes into River Road. Bypass the first left onto Martin Luther King Dr and take the second left at the Gateway Dining and Event Center Sign.

Arriving by I –64 From Norfolk (East) or Charlottesville (West)

 Take exit for I-95, and follow I-95 South to Petersburg. Take the exit (Temple Avenue). Turn left at Temple Avenue and continue to the second traffic light (Boulevard). Turn left at Boulevard and continue to the fourth traffic light (Dupuy Road). Turn right at Dupuy Road, which changes into River Road. Bypass the first left onto Martin Luther King Dr and take the second left at the Gateway Dining and Event Center Sign.

  Arriving by U.S. 460 from Suffolk (East) or Roanoke (West).

 Take I-95 North to Petersburg. Take the exit (Temple Avenue). Turn left onto Temple Avenue and continue to the second traffic light (Boulevard). Turn left onto Boulevard and continue to the fourth traffic light (Dupuy Road). Turn right onto Dupuy Road, which changes into River Road. Bypass the first left onto Martin Luther King Dr and take the second left at the Gateway Dining and Event Center Sign.

 Arriving by I-85 North or I-95 North from North Carolina

Follow I-85 North to I-95 North. Take the exit (Temple Avenue). Turn left onto Temple Avenue and continue to the second traffic light (Boulevard). Turn left onto Boulevard and continue to the fourth traffic light (Dupuy Road). Turn right onto Dupuy Road, which changes into River Road. Bypass the first left onto Martin Luther King Dr and take the second left at the Gateway Dining and Event Center Sign.
